As I'm an amputee the room I received did not meet my needs at least for a shower point of view due to me being a amputee I was not given a room for a handicap person and have to ask for one after I found out the room went to the shower and I had to find out that I would not be able to use the bathroom let alone take a shower and then I was given a change of room only I could not menuver my handicapped chair and in that room is too small

Phone didn't work in room, a/c didn't work and the room was very hot. Had to sleep with patio doors open to keep it cool. The pillows were flat and not good, the bed was mediocre. Was not happy at all
